Didi is a 25 year veteran in Lean coaching for Executives and Managers. He guides Lean transformation with a specialization in Healthcare (formerly VP Lean Sensei for Healtheast/Fairview). He also spent 8 years at Andersen Windows leading the development of the Lean management system across the organization.

Join Didi as he leads us through the basics of lean transformation in management, structured with key topics fit into a 2 hour session.
