Geoff Dybicz

President

Geoff has been involved with IISE since 2019, having served two terms as Event Director before assuming his current role as Chapter President. He started his career at Stratasys, where he held several roles focusing on continuous improvement and operational excellence. Currently, Geoff is a Manufacturing Engineer at TE Connectivity where he supports medical device production. He looks forward to mentoring Senior Design groups from the U, as well as volunteering his weekends to judge youth robotics leagues.

Kathryn Eckhardt

Past President

Kathryn has been involved in the Twin Cities IISE Chapter for the past five years. She currently sits on the board as past-President, having previously served as President for two years and as Event Director prior to that.

 Kathryn has worked in supply chain at Target for the past four years. In her current role as a Sr. Program Manager, she develops long-term strategy to support future capacity needs for stores and supply chain.

Courtney Cheng

Treasurer

Courtney is originally from the suburbs of Chicago and received both her undergraduate and graduate degrees in ISE from the University of Southern California (USC).

She currently lives in Minneapolis and has been working at Target for 9 years. She has held roles in Supply Chain and Logistics, Merchandise Planning, and is currently in Pricing and Promotions.

Nick Throlson

Communications Director

Nick Throlson has been involved with IISE since college and recently joined the Twin Cities chapter after moving from North Dakota in 2021.

Nick currently serves as the Communications Director and is excited about being involved with IISE again. Nick has a variety of experience in multiple industries, but recently started a new position as a Project Management Leader – Business Process Optimization at Polaris. He is excited to be at Polaris where he leads process improvement projects within the Global Sourcing group.

Jena Ambe

Website Director

Jena has been a member of IISE since college at the University of Minnesota Duluth where she graduated with undergraduate degrees in Industrial & Mechanical Engineering. She currently serves on the board of the Twin Cities Chapter as Website Director.

Jena currently works for Andersen Windows & Doors as an Industrial Engineer. Her role focuses on large capital commercialization projects and facilitating continuous improvement efforts throughout the corporation. Prior to Andersen, Jena spent 3 years with UPS as an Industrial Engineering Package Planner.

Lauren Lea

Newsletter Director

Lauren is an Industrial and Systems Engineering graduate from the University of Minnesota-Twin Cities.

Upon graduation, Lauren worked as a Data Analyst for Turnberry Solutions and most recently started as a Continuous Improvement Engineer at Abbott Laboratories, focusing on the distribution of medical devices to domestic and international partners.

Outside of work, she enjoys spending time outdoors and with family and friends.

Katie Erdmann

Membership Director

Katie has been involved in the Twin Cities IISE Chapter for the past 4 years. She currently serves on the board as the Student Liaison Director and Membership Director.

Katie has worked at Boston Scientific over the past 6 years in a variety of roles, ranging from process improvement consulting to project management.  In her current role as a Program Manager, she oversees the optimization of labs with a team of industrial engineers.

Roquesan Luckett

Event Director

Roquesan is originally from Seattle, WA and received her undergraduate degree in Industrial Engineering from Arizona State University (ASU). Roquesan was involved with IISE in college and recently got connected with the IISE Twin Cities chapter in late 2022.

After graduating, Roquesan went on to work at Harley Davidson in York, PA as an Industrial Engineer/SAP MM hybrid role before moving to Minnesota in Dec 2020. She currently lives in downtown Minneapolis and works at Boston Scientific. Until recently she was an Industrial Engineer supporting manufacturing operations. In her current role she has moved into the Integration and Acquisition space as an SAP Business Systems Analyst on the core systems team. Roquesan will start her Masters in Information Systems in Spring 2024.
